Our church engaged Gulf Coast Floor Maintenance to look at glue stains in the terrazzo floor after another company failed to remove the stains. Mike, the owner, met me at church and said that he was 99.9% sure that he could get the stains out. Wow did he ever. All glue stains disappeared. Awesome job! We also had Mike do some repairs that had been badly botched by the previous company and when he finished you couldn't tell that the floor had been repaired. Once again an Awesome job. We had Mike's company refinish terrazzo floors in areas that had not been touched by the previous company and they look like brand new. If you need terrazzo floor refinishing or repair this is the company to hire. I'm sorry I didn't take before and after pictures, but the results are absolutely outstanding. Great Job!!!

Mikes team did an excellent job with our Terrazzo restoration. We had bad staining from a product used to seal a large crack in the floor. The team was able to remove the staining(when a couple other companies said to re-tile!) and fix the lengthy cracks. They also filled in along the sliding glass door as it was cut out to lay carpet. The color match was excellent. The floor looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Highly recommend them. They are reasonable and honest!

Just love our finished terrazzo floors! I'm obsessed by how gorgeous it looks, even chips and an area that was really bad. Mike was able to return it back to beauty. He gave a tip if you spill anything on the floor you can use hydrogen peroxide to remove stains. I actually broke a bottle of RED wine and even though I cleaned it up right away, there was a stain. I put hydrogen peroxide on it and it's back to beautiful!! It workS!

Mike and his crew were incredibly responsive, professional, and did an amazing job with our floors. Darryl even came over the weekend to get the job done quicker. Paid a bit more than other contractors charge, but if you want it done right, talk to Mike!

Mike and his crew were able to remove decades of carpet padding stains in my white Terrazzo floors even after The First Company failed and other floor cleaning companies told me it wasn’t possible. Mike tested his special chemical concoction in several locations to confirm it would be affective then spent a week making the floors look beautiful again. Kudos!

Mike and his awesome crew did a phenomenal job on my terrazzo floors in my rental home, that haven't been exposed since the 60's I'm sure!!!. They were stained and had glue stuck to them, missing pieces, and holes, from carpeting and tile, from previous owners. A mess,!!! These guys performed a miracle, and all the floors are beautiful!!! The luster, shine..AMAZING!!! Thank you Mike and crew!! Honest people, and knowledgeable! Great workmanship!!! Don't hesitate to reach out to them, if you want your terrazzo to look brand new!

I have used Gulf Coast Floor Maintenance 2x in the last 3years. They are fantastic. My floors have been polished to my liking, a cleaned deep shine but not a super deep shine. Mike and the crew have always been fair, ontime and courteous of our home.

Did an absolutely awesome job restoring our terrazzo floors. With bad areas and chips, he was able to restore it all. He shared a tip to use hydrogen peroxide in case of spills or stains. I shattered a bottle of RED wine on the floor, and the hydrogen peroxide worked! Thanks Mike!

Gulf Coast took our terrazzo hiding under carpet and tile for 20 years and turned it into brand new shiny beautiful floors. They are honest and upfront about everything. As you can see, there was nasty carpet and tile stains and holes from nail removal. Highly recommend, they know everything there is to know about terazzo and even advised us for prepping the floors. They kept us up to date during the process, and payment was exactly what they gave an estimate. Very happy with our floors!

We bought an incredibly run down 50s home, and we assumed the black terrazzo floors were unsalvageable. There was literally a hole in the terrazzo floor a few feet wide where a pipe had leaked years ago, and then a rogue contractor sliced a 1-ft strip off at the end of the room that now needed to be repoured. Mike not only polished up the black terrazzo floors, but somehow mixed up a matching terrazzo that he poured to fill these huge gaps in the floor. He also did a great job with the bathroom floors (the lighter floor picture below). We were amazed that the floors could be restored like this!
